Job Description

Seeking an experienced conveyancing lawyer to handle property transactions in Kenya's booming real estate market. The role covers residential and commercial property sales, leasing, development agreements, and land registration matters.

Responsibilities

Handle property sale and purchase transactions from due diligence to completion. Draft and review lease agreements and tenancy contracts. Conduct title searches and land registry filings. Advise on stamp duty and land rates compliance.

Requirements

LLB degree. Advocate of the High Court. 3-5 years in conveyancing and real estate law. Knowledge of the Land Registration Act 2012 and Land Act 2012.
