About the Role

KCA University is seeking a Lecturer in Criminology and Criminal Justice to join the School of Law at its Ruaraka Campus in Nairobi. The role involves teaching, research, and academic service at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instruction through lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
  • Develop and administer examinations, assignments, and assessments
  • Create learning materials and curriculum schemes of work
  • Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects
  • Conduct original research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
  • Write research grant proposals and seek external funding
  • Provide academic advising and pastoral care to students
  • Serve on departmental and university committees
  • Maintain student records and examination documentation

Responsibilities
