Job Description
KTDA manages tea factories for over 600,000 smallholder tea farmers across Kenya. We seek a Legal Counsel to handle contracts, regulatory compliance, and farmer cooperative disputes from our Kericho office.
Responsibilities
Draft and review contracts with buyers and suppliers. Advise on cooperative governance and farmer disputes. Handle regulatory compliance with AFA-Tea Directorate. Manage land and property matters for factory operations.
Requirements
LLB degree. Advocate of the High Court. 3-5 years experience in agricultural law, cooperative law, or commercial law. Willingness to be based in Kericho.
