Job Description

PACIS Insurance is seeking a Recovery Officer to manage legal risks from insurance claims, ensure regulatory compliance, manage legal claims for prompt settlement, and maintain communication with third-party insurers for recovery of claim payments. The role requires meeting recovery targets and managing the company's subrogation and recovery processes.

Responsibilities

Manage insurance claim recoveries and subrogation processes. Handle legal risks related to insurance claims. Ensure regulatory compliance with IRA requirements. Maintain communication with third-party insurers for claim recovery. Meet recovery targets set by management. Prepare reports on recovery activities and outcomes.

Requirements

LLB degree from a recognized university. Postgraduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. Advocate of the High Court with current Practicing Certificate. Minimum 2 years insurance litigation experience. Knowledge of IRA operations and insurance regulations.
