
Trust & Estate Attorney - Up to $240K Base
Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Transactional Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and other related documents. The attorney will also assist in transactional matters and related litigation, ensuring that our clients' interests are effectively represented and protected.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies and options
- Assist clients with the establishment of trusts and other estate planning vehicles
- Provide legal counsel on transactional matters related to estate planning
- Represent clients in estate planning litigation and disputes
- Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations affecting estate planning and trusts
- Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in estate planning and transactional law
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate planning principles
- Experience in litigation related to estate planning matters is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
