Job Description
Mount Kenya University (MKU) is seeking Tutorial Fellows for its School of Law based at the Thika campus. The role involves teaching and research responsibilities in law, contributing to curriculum development, supervising student research, and participating in academic administration. MKU is one of Kenya's largest private universities with multiple campuses across East Africa.
Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate law courses. Conduct legal research and publish in peer-reviewed journals. Supervise student dissertations and research projects. Participate in curriculum development and review. Contribute to community service and university administration.
Requirements
Master's degree in Law (LLM) from a recognized university. Registration for a PhD programme is required. Teaching experience in a university setting is an advantage. Strong research and publication record preferred. Knowledge of emerging areas in legal education.
