Job Description

AZB & Partners' New Delhi office seeks an Associate for its Capital Markets practice. You will work on IPOs, QIPs, rights issues and SEBI regulatory compliance for listed and pre-IPO companies.

Responsibilities

Draft prospectuses, offer documents and SEBI applications
Coordinate with merchant bankers, auditors and stock exchanges
Advise on SEBI listing obligations and disclosure requirements
Handle DRHP filings and SEBI observations

Requirements

LLB from NLU or equivalent
0–3 years in capital markets or securities law
Knowledge of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and Companies Act 2013
