Job Description

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas is hiring an Associate for its Competition Law practice in New Delhi. SAM's competition team is consistently ranked Band 1 and advises on CCI merger notifications, antitrust investigations and abuse of dominance matters.

Responsibilities

Prepare CCI merger notification filings (Form I and Form II)
Advise on antitrust compliance and dawn raid protocols
Research international competition law precedents
Draft leniency applications and commitment proposals

Requirements

LLB from NLU or equivalent; LLM in competition law a plus
0–3 years PQE in competition/antitrust law
Familiarity with the Competition Act 2002 and CCI procedures
