Job Description
CAM's Dispute Resolution practice is hiring a Senior Associate to handle complex commercial litigation before the Bombay High Court, NCLT Mumbai and arbitration tribunals. The role involves independent client management and mentoring junior associates.
Responsibilities
- Argue matters before the Bombay High Court and NCLT
- Draft and settle pleadings, interim applications and written submissions
- Manage arbitration proceedings under ICC, SIAC and ad hoc rules
- Supervise a team of 3–4 associates
Requirements
- LLB; LLM preferred
- Bar Council enrolment and 4–7 years active litigation experience
- Experience with NCLT/IBC proceedings is an advantage
