Job Description
Breakthrough Attorneys is recruiting an Associate for its Banking & Finance practice. The role involves advising banks, DFIs, and corporate borrowers on secured and unsecured lending, trade finance, and regulatory compliance. Located at the firm's BTA House offices in Oysterbay, the candidate will work on both local and cross-border financing transactions across East and Central Africa.

Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance law. Experience with loan documentation, security perfection, and BOT regulatory requirements. Proficiency in English; Kiswahili is an advantage.
