Job Description
MTN Ghana is hiring a Legal Manager to lead its Regulatory & Compliance function. Oversee telecommunications regulatory compliance, manage NCA licensing matters, and advise on data protection and privacy regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage regulatory relationships with the National Communications Authority. Advise on telecommunications licensing and spectrum allocation. Lead data protection and privacy compliance programme. Draft and review commercial contracts with vendors and partners.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 6-10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in telecoms or technology law. Knowledge of Electronic Communications Act and Data Protection Act.
