Job Description
Trilegal's Mumbai office seeks a Senior Associate for its Private Equity and Venture Capital practice. You will work on Series A–E funding rounds, PE buyouts, secondary transactions and exit structuring for leading VC/PE funds and founders.
Responsibilities
- Lead documentation for PE/VC investment rounds
- Negotiate SHAs, SSAs, convertible note instruments and side letters
- Advise on FEMA pricing guidelines and FDI sectoral caps
- Coordinate with tax advisors on structuring and exit mechanics
Requirements
- LLB; 4–6 years PQE in PE/VC transactions
- Experience with SHA/SSA negotiations and SEBI takeover code
- Strong transaction management skills
