AKD, one of the largest full-service law firms in the Netherlands, is looking for an Advocaat to join our market-leading Real Estate & Construction practice in Rotterdam.
About the Role
You will advise project developers, investors, housing corporations, and government bodies on real estate transactions, construction contracts (UAV, UAV-GC), spatial planning law, and environmental permits. The role combines transactional work with regulatory advisory and dispute resolution.
Requirements
- Meester in de rechten with a specialisation in real estate, construction, or administrative law
- Registered with the Orde van Advocaten
- 3-7 years of experience in Dutch real estate law
- Knowledge of the Wet ruimtelijke ordening (Wro) and Omgevingswet
- Fluent in Dutch; English proficiency required
