Job Description
Real Estate Lawyer — Hadef & Partners
Join our top-ranked real estate practice in Dubai. We are looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to advise developers, investors, and REITs on property transactions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will handle acquisitions, development agreements, strata title matters, and RERA regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on freehold and leasehold property acquisitions in designated investment zones under Dubai Law No. 7/2006
- Draft and negotiate development management agreements, building management contracts, and jointly owned property arrangements
- Handle RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) registrations, escrow account compliance, and off-plan sales regulations
- Advise on Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures, Oqood registrations, and title deed transfers
- Support hospitality clients on hotel management and franchise agreements for Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah properties

Requirements
- 4-7 years PQE in real estate law with UAE market experience
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate legislative framework including RERA regulations
- Experience with Strata Law (Dubai Law No. 6/2019) and Jointly Owned Property Law
- Qualified in a common law or civil law jurisdiction; UAE Bar admission a plus
- Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or Hindi language skills desirable
- Experience with DIFC-registered REIT structures preferred
