Job Description
MRB Attorneys is looking for an Associate to join its Real Estate and Construction practice. You will advise on property transactions, construction contracts and land law matters across Rwanda.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review sale agreements, leases and construction contracts
- Conduct land title searches and due diligence
- Advise on the Rwandan Land Law and registration procedures
- Handle property disputes and boundary issues
- Advise on real estate development and planning permissions
Requirements
- LLB from a recognised institution
- Admitted by the Rwanda Bar Association
- 2-4 years experience in real estate, land or construction law
- Knowledge of the Organic Land Law and Land Registration regulations
- Strong attention to detail and due diligence skills
