Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate and M&A mandates for Salzburg-based and international clients
- Develop and manage key client relationships in western Austria
- Advise on complex corporate transactions, restructurings, and private equity deals
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers in the Salzburg team
- Represent the firm in regional business networks and industry associations
Requirements
- Admitted Rechtsanwalt in Austria with 10+ years of corporate law experience
- Established client relationships and portable business in the Salzburg/western Austria market
- Track record of leading complex transactions and managing deal teams
- Strong reputation in the Austrian legal market
- Fluent in German and English
