Family Law Associate — Cabinet Hasnaoui Avocats, Constantine
Cabinet Hasnaoui Avocats, a respected law firm in Constantine, eastern Algeria, is seeking a Family Law Associate to handle a growing portfolio of personal status (الأحوال الشخصية / statut personnel) and family law matters.
Responsabilités
- Represent clients in divorce proceedings (الطلاق / divorce), child custody (الحضانة / garde), and alimony disputes before the Section des Affaires Familiales
- Draft marriage contracts and prenuptial agreements in compliance with the Code de la Famille (القانون الأسرة)
- Handle inheritance matters (الميراث / succession) under Algeria's statutory framework incorporating Islamic succession principles
- Advise on domestic violence protection orders and related criminal proceedings
- Manage waqf (أوقاف / habous) and religious endowment disputes
- Liaise with family court judges, notaires, and mediators
