Job Description
Infosys Limited is hiring a Legal Counsel for Employment & Labor Law at its Pune Development Centre (Hinjewadi Phase II). Advise on compliance with the Industrial Disputes Act 1947, Shops & Establishments Act (Maharashtra), and the new Labour Codes 2020. Handle employee grievances, POSH Act internal complaints, and represent Infosys before the Labour Court Pune and Industrial Tribunal Maharashtra. Draft employment contracts, separation agreements, and non-compete clauses.
