Real Estate Rechtsanwalt at Binder Grösswang
Binder Grösswang, one of Austria's leading commercial law firms, seeks a Real Estate Rechtsanwalt to advise on high-value property transactions, development projects, and real estate finance in the Austrian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise institutional investors, developers, and funds on real estate acquisitions and disposals
- Structure and negotiate real estate transactions including asset and share deals
- Handle Grundbuch (land register) matters, zoning and planning law issues
- Advise on real estate finance, lease agreements, and construction law (ABGB, BauO)
- Manage due diligence processes for commercial and residential property portfolios
Requirements
- Admitted Rechtsanwalt in Austria with 5+ years of real estate law experience
- Deep knowledge of Austrian property law, Grundbuchsgesetz, and construction regulations
- Experience advising on large-scale commercial real estate transactions
- Fluent in German and English
- Mag. jur. or equivalent legal qualification
