Job Description
Reliance Industries Limited seeks a Senior Legal Counsel for its Petrochemicals & Energy division at Maker Chambers IV, Nariman Point, Mumbai. You will advise on upstream/downstream petroleum contracts, JV agreements, regulatory filings with the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB), and ONGC collaboration frameworks. Draft and negotiate EPC contracts, gas supply agreements, and offtake arrangements. Coordinate with the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on licensing compliance. Manage disputes before the Bombay High Court and arbitration tribunals under SIAC/ICC rules.
