Job Description

ENSafrica Rwanda, the Kigali office of Africa's largest law firm, is recruiting an Associate for its Projects and Infrastructure practice. You will advise on large-scale infrastructure, energy and PPP projects across Rwanda and the Great Lakes region, working in a fully multilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate project agreements, concession contracts and EPC documents
  • Advise on regulatory frameworks for energy, mining and infrastructure
  • Support project finance transactions and lender due diligence
  • Liaise with government agencies including RDB and RURA
  • Research environmental and land law requirements

Requirements

  • LLB from a recognised university
  • Admitted by the Rwanda Bar Association
  • 2-4 years experience in projects, energy or infrastructure law
  • Fluency in English required; French and Kinyarwanda are advantages
  • ILPD professional course completed
