Job Description
Mayer Brown Hong Kong is looking for a Construction & Projects Solicitor to join its highly regarded construction and infrastructure team in Central. You will advise on major infrastructure projects across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area including public-private partnerships, EPC contracts, and construction disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate EPC, design-build, and construction management contracts
- Advise on Hong Kong government procurement and infrastructure projects
- Handle construction arbitration under HKIAC and mediation proceedings
- Advise on compliance with the Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123) and regulatory approvals
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor admitted in Hong Kong
- 3-6 years PQE in construction, projects, or infrastructure law
- Experience with dispute resolution in the construction sector preferred
Responsibilities
