Job Description
Hage-Chahine Law Firm, a full-service Beirut firm founded in 1976 with a strong regional presence, seeks an Associate to join its Real Estate and M&A practice. The role involves advising local and international clients on property transactions, corporate acquisitions, and investment structures across Lebanon and the Middle East.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on real estate acquisitions, development projects, and property financing. Draft and negotiate share purchase agreements and asset transfer contracts. Conduct legal due diligence on corporate targets and real estate assets. Advise foreign investors on property ownership restrictions under Lebanese law. Coordinate with notaries and the Land Registry on title transfers.
Requirements
Licence en Droit or LLM from a recognized university. Membership in the Beirut Bar Association. 3-5 years of experience in real estate transactions or corporate M&A. Fluency in Arabic, French, and English. Strong knowledge of Lebanese property law and land registration system.
