Job Description
Chiomenti's Rome office is seeking an Associate for its Commercial Litigation practice. Based near Via Veneto and the Tribunale di Roma on Viale Giulio Cesare, you will handle complex commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, and regulatory enforcement defence across Italy's busiest courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and legal briefs for proceedings before the Tribunale di Roma, Corte d'Appello, and Corte di Cassazione
- Manage domestic and international arbitration proceedings (ICC, Milan Chamber)
- Advise on enforcement of judgments and interim measures under the Codice di Procedura Civile
- Conduct legal research on Italian civil law and EU regulations
Requirements
- Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza
- Admitted as Avvocato, registered with Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma
- 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation or arbitration
- Strong drafting skills in Italian and English
