Job Description
Mandviwalla & Zafar seeks a Junior Associate for its Corporate & Commercial practice in Karachi. The successful candidate will work on corporate transactions, commercial agreements, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance matters under the supervision of senior partners. The firm handles some of Pakistan's most significant corporate deals and offers excellent exposure to top-tier legal work.
Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing corporate agreements, shareholder agreements, and joint venture documentation. Conducting legal research on Pakistani corporate and commercial law. Assisting senior lawyers with M&A due diligence. Preparing regulatory filings with SECP and other authorities. Client correspondence and coordination.
Requirements
LLB from a recognised Pakistani university. Enrolled with the Sindh Bar Council or Pakistan Bar Council. 0-2 years post-qualification experience. Strong academic record. Excellent English drafting and research skills. Knowledge of Companies Act 2017 and SECP regulations.
