Job Description
Siam Premier International Law Office is hiring a Senior Tax Counsel to lead its tax advisory practice in Bangkok's Silom area. You will advise Thai and multinational clients on corporate tax planning, transfer pricing, VAT structuring, BOI tax incentives, and customs duties. The role involves representing clients before the Revenue Department and Tax Court, advising on double taxation agreements, and structuring cross-border transactions for tax efficiency. You will handle complex tax disputes, advance pricing agreements, and tax due diligence for M&A transactions.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of tax law experience in Thailand. Thai Lawyers Council license or CPA qualification required. Expert knowledge of the Thai Revenue Code, BOI tax incentives, transfer pricing regulations, and customs law. Experience with tax litigation and Revenue Department audits. Fluent in Thai and English. International tax experience preferred.
