Job Description

Join the Dispute Resolution team at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah. Handle commercial litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution matters for high-profile domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities

Prepare pleadings, legal briefs, and court documents. Represent clients before the High Court and Court of Appeal. Conduct legal research and case analysis. Manage arbitration proceedings under GIAC and ICC rules.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar by the General Legal Council. 2-4 years post-qualification experience in litigation or arbitration. Strong advocacy and legal research skills.
