Job Description
Dispute Resolution Rechtsanwalt in Graz — Wolf Theiss
Wolf Theiss is expanding its presence in Styria and seeks a Dispute Resolution Rechtsanwalt for our Graz-based client work. This role offers an excellent opportunity to handle complex commercial litigation in Austria's second-largest city.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial litigation before Austrian courts, including the Landesgericht Graz and OLG Graz
- Handle contract disputes, product liability claims, and corporate litigation matters
- Advise on pre-litigation strategies, settlement negotiations, and mediation
- Draft court submissions, appeals, and legal opinions under Austrian civil procedure law (ZPO)
- Coordinate with the Vienna office on cross-regional and international disputes
Requirements
- Admitted Rechtsanwalt in Austria with 5-7 years of litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Austrian civil procedure (ZPO) and substantive commercial law
- Experience representing clients before Austrian courts at all levels
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional caseload
- Fluent in German and English
