About the Role
Zepos & Yannopoulos is hiring a Litigation Dikigoros to join our dispute resolution team in Athens. You will represent clients in civil and commercial litigation before Greek courts and international arbitration tribunals, handling complex disputes in one of Greece's premier law firms.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients before first instance, appellate, and Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) proceedings
- Prepare written pleadings (agogi, prosepiklisi), memoranda, and legal opinions
- Handle interim measures (asfalistika metra) and enforcement proceedings
- Participate in domestic and international arbitration proceedings (ICC, LCIA)
- Advise on pre-litigation strategy and settlement negotiations
Requirements
- Greek law degree from a recognized university
- Active member of Dikigoritikos Syllogos Athinon with rights of audience before appellate courts
- 4-6 years of litigation experience in Greek courts
- Strong knowledge of Greek Code of Civil Procedure and substantive civil law
- Fluent in English; excellent legal writing and advocacy skills
