Job Description
Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution
Allen & Gledhill LLP invites applications for a Senior Associate in its Tier 1-ranked Dispute Resolution practice at One Marina Boulevard. You will handle high-value commercial litigation before the Supreme Court and State Courts, as well as international arbitration proceedings at SIAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex commercial disputes before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC)
- Manage international arbitration cases administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)
- Draft pleadings, written submissions, witness statements, and legal opinions
- Advise on enforcement of foreign arbitral awards under the International Arbitration Act
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and practice trainees
Requirements
- Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore
- 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution
- Demonstrated experience in Supreme Court litigation and SIAC arbitration
- Strong advocacy, research, and legal writing skills
- Experience with cross-border enforcement matters preferred
