Job Description

AB & David is seeking an Associate for its Energy & Natural Resources practice. Work on oil and gas transactions, mining agreements, and renewable energy projects across Ghana and the wider West African region.

Responsibilities

Draft and review petroleum agreements and mining leases. Advise on upstream and downstream regulatory compliance. Support project finance and infrastructure PPP transactions. Conduct due diligence on energy sector investments.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized Ghanaian or international university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 2-5 years experience in energy, natural resources, or project finance. Knowledge of Ghana Petroleum Commission regulations preferred.
