You will handle trademark registrations, patent prosecutions, copyright matters, and trade secret protection before the Department of Intellectual Property and the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court. The role covers IP portfolio management, enforcement actions against counterfeiting, licensing agreements, and IP due diligence for M&A transactions. You will advise clients across pharmaceuticals, technology, FMCG, and luxury goods sectors.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of intellectual property law experience. Thai Lawyers Council license required. Strong knowledge of the Thai Trademark Act, Patent Act, Copyright Act, and Trade Secret Act. Experience with IP litigation in the Central IP&IT Court. Familiarity with international IP treaties (Madrid Protocol, PCT). Fluent in Thai and English.
