Job Description
K-Solutions & Partners seeks a Junior Associate for its Dispute Resolution practice. You will assist in commercial arbitration, mediation and litigation matters before Rwandan courts and the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC).
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, submissions and legal memoranda for commercial disputes
- Research Rwandan case law and statutory provisions
- Assist with arbitration proceedings under KIAC and ICC rules
- Prepare witness statements and evidence bundles
- Attend court hearings and client meetings
Requirements
- LLB from a recognised university
- Admitted by the Rwanda Bar Association
- ILPD professional course completed
- 0-2 years post-admission experience
- Strong research and legal writing skills
