Job Description
Mkono & Co Advocates, Tanzania's longest-established corporate law firm, seeks a Partner-Track Senior Associate for its M&A and Private Equity practice. The role involves leading deal teams on acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures across East Africa. With the firm's regional offices in Burundi, Rwanda, and Uganda, the candidate will have exposure to cross-border transactions throughout the EAC.

Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. Minimum 7 years' PQE in corporate M&A and private equity. Proven track record of leading transactions end-to-end. Strong client relationship management skills. Willingness to travel within the EAC region.
