Junior Corporate Associate — Moral & Partners, Istanbul

Moral & Partners is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate to join its corporate and M&A team in Istanbul. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recently qualified avukat looking to develop a career in corporate law at one of Turkey's most dynamic law firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence for M&A transactions, reviewing company records, contracts, and regulatory filings
• Draft ancillary corporate documents including board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, and trade registry filings
• Support senior associates on share purchase agreement drafting and closing checklist management
• Conduct legal research on Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and related regulations
• Assist with company formation, capital increase, and share transfer procedures at the Istanbul Trade Registry
• Prepare Competition Board (Rekabet Kurulu) merger notification filings under supervision
• Maintain corporate housekeeping files and closing binders

• Active avukat license (recent admission accepted); Istanbul Bar Association membership
• 0-2 years of post-qualification legal experience
• LLB from a top Turkish law faculty (Istanbul University, Galatasaray University, Ankara University, Bilkent, or Koc University)
• Completed staj (one-year legal traineeship) at a reputable law firm or institution
• Strong academic record and genuine interest in corporate/commercial law
• Fluent Turkish and strong English (LLM abroad is a plus but not required)
• Detail-oriented with strong research and organizational skills
