Corporate Legal Paralegal — Koc Holding, Istanbul

Koc Holding is seeking a Corporate Legal Paralegal to support its central legal department at the Nakkastepe campus. This role involves assisting the legal team with corporate governance documentation, board meeting preparation, and regulatory filings for Turkey's largest conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare board of directors materials, general assembly documents, and corporate resolutions for Koc Holding and subsidiaries
• Manage Trade Registry (Ticaret Sicili) filings, capital increase documentation, and company amendments
• Coordinate with the Capital Markets Board (SPK) on material event disclosures and periodic reporting
• Maintain corporate record books and governance documentation for the Koc Group companies
• Assist with due diligence document collection and data room management for M&A transactions
• Handle power of attorney preparation, notarization, and apostille procedures
• Track regulatory filing deadlines and ensure timely compliance across the group

• LLB from a Turkish university or diploma from a Justice Vocational School
• 2-5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, legal assistant, or in a company secretarial role
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Trade Registry procedures, corporate governance documentation, and SPK filing requirements
• Proficiency in MERSIS (Central Registry System), UYAP, and Microsoft Office
• Fluent Turkish; good English skills required for international group coordination
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
