Koc Holding is Turkey's largest industrial conglomerate and one of the Fortune Global 500 companies, with operations spanning automotive (Ford Otosan, Tofas), energy (Tupras, Enerjisa), banking (Yapi Kredi), consumer durables (Arcelik), and defense (Otokar). The Koc Holding Legal Department, based at the Koc Group headquarters in Istanbul's Nakkastepe campus, provides legal oversight for the entire conglomerate, coordinating with subsidiary legal teams on M&A transactions, joint venture governance, competition law compliance, regulatory affairs, and major litigation. The department handles Turkish Commercial Code compliance, Capital Markets Board (SPK) regulatory matters, and cross-border transactions involving Koc's international partners including Ford, Fiat, and UniCredit. This is one of the most prestigious in-house legal roles in Turkey.
