Refund, Cancellation & Satisfaction Policy

This policy covers LegalAlphabet Pro membership ($19/month or $99/year). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Have a problem? Talk to us first
If anything is wrong with your membership or a CV review, email contact@legalalphabet.com and we will sort it out quickly, usually within one business day. You do not need to dispute the charge with your bank, just reach out and we will make it right.
Exactly what you get
We want this to be as clear as possible. Here is precisely what happens to your money in each case:
| If you cancel | You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for (the date is shown in your account), and you are never charged again. The current period is not returned as cash, because you keep the access you paid for. |
| If your first review isn't useful (within 7 days) | A free re-review or a free membership extension, your choice. You do not lose what you paid for, we re-deliver it. |
| If a cash refund is required by law | You receive the full amount you paid ($19 for monthly, $99 for annual), back to your original payment method. |
How the satisfaction guarantee works
- Within 7 days of the first payment that starts a new membership (monthly or annual), if your first CV review isn't useful, email us.
- We will either redo your review for free or extend your membership by an equivalent free period, whichever you prefer.
- The goal is simple: you should not pay for a review that doesn't help you.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future renewals.
- Renewal charges (the charges after your first period) are not refundable. Cancel before a renewal date to avoid being charged again.
Refunds
LegalAlphabet Pro is a digital service made available to you immediately, so we resolve any issue with a free re-review or a membership extension rather than a cash refund.
Where a cash refund is required by applicable law (for example, statutory cooling-off or consumer rights in your country), we will of course provide it. We may decline a guarantee or refund request in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
How to reach us
Email contact@legalalphabet.com from the email address on your account, within 7 days of your first charge, with the subject "Satisfaction guarantee". Tell us what wasn't useful and whether you'd prefer a free re-review or an extension. We respond quickly.
No outcome guarantee
Membership gives you access to LegalAlphabet services (human CV review, applications, alerts, and member features). It does not guarantee any job, interview, offer, employer response, or other outcome. See our Terms of Service and Disclaimer for full details.
