As the company continues to scale globally and prepare for the next stage of its growth — including a path to the public markets — it seeks a talented Corporate Counsel or Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate & Securities to manage all corporate and securities matters.   This is a high-visibility role reporting to the VP, Corporate and Employment Legal. The attorney in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams — including finance, accounting, tax, HR, stock administration, and procurement — to structure and negotiate agreements that drive innovation while managing risk. This is a hands-on opportunity for an attorney who thrives at the intersection of sophisticated capital markets work and the fast-paced demands of a high-growth technology company.
