Job Description

Chandler MHM is recruiting a Real Estate & Construction Lawyer for its Bangkok office. You will advise on real estate acquisitions, condominium developments, hotel projects, lease agreements, and construction contracts across Thailand. Responsibilities include conducting title due diligence, advising on the Land Code and Condominium Act restrictions on foreign ownership, structuring real estate holding structures, and handling EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) requirements. You will work on major development projects in Bangkok, Phuket, and other key Thai markets.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of real estate law experience in Thailand. Thai Lawyers Council license required. Knowledge of the Land Code, Condominium Act, Building Control Act, and Town Planning Act. Experience with construction contracts (FIDIC) and project development. Fluent in Thai and English. Experience with hospitality or tourism-related real estate preferred.
