Job Description

Kimathi & Partners, ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500, seeks a Senior Associate for its M&A practice. Handle complex cross-border transactions for Fortune 500 clients and global multinationals doing business in Ghana.

Responsibilities

Lead due diligence processes for M&A transactions. Draft and negotiate sale and purchase agreements. Advise on regulatory approvals from Ghana Investment Promotion Centre. Coordinate with international counsel on cross-border deal structuring.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 5-7 years post-qualification experience in M&A and corporate transactions. Experience with cross-border deals preferred.
