Job Description
Tilleke & Gibbins is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer to join its Bangkok office in the Silom business district. The successful candidate will lead cross-border M&A transactions, advise on joint ventures and corporate restructurings, and handle BOI investment applications for multinational clients. You will work closely with the firm's regional offices across Southeast Asia on complex multi-jurisdictional deals involving SET-listed companies and Thai private enterprises. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, conducting legal due diligence under Thai law, advising on Foreign Business Act restrictions and Alien Business Law exemptions, and coordinating with the Department of Business Development on corporate registrations.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate M&A at a leading law firm in Thailand. Thai Lawyers Council license required. Strong knowledge of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542, and BOI regulations. Experience with SET-listed company transactions preferred. Fluent in Thai and English. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
