Senior Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer

Chandler MHM is seeking a Senior Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer for its Bangkok office on Sukhumvit Road. You will advise on major power projects, renewable energy developments, oil and gas concessions, and public-private partnership arrangements in Thailand and across the CLMVT region. Responsibilities include drafting power purchase agreements, advising on Energy Industry Act compliance, structuring BOI-promoted investments, and coordinating with the Energy Regulatory Commission of Thailand. You will work on cutting-edge projects in solar, wind, LNG, and EV infrastructure.

Responsibilities include drafting power purchase agreements, advising on Energy Industry Act compliance, structuring BOI-promoted investments, and coordinating with the Energy Regulatory Commission of Thailand. You will work on cutting-edge projects in solar, wind, LNG, and EV infrastructure.

Minimum 8 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, or project finance law. Thai Lawyers Council license required. Strong knowledge of the Energy Industry Act, BOI regulations, and Thai public procurement laws. Experience with PPA negotiations and EPC contracts. Fluent in Thai and English. Project finance experience is a significant advantage.
