Senior High-Tech M&A Partner — Herzog Fox & Neeman, Tel Aviv
Herzog Fox & Neeman, Israel's premier law firm, is seeking a Senior High-Tech M&A Partner to lead complex technology transactions from its Azrieli Center offices in Tel Aviv. This partner-level role involves spearheading cross-border M&A deals, NASDAQ and TASE IPOs, and venture capital financings that define Start-Up Nation's legal landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-tech M&A transactions including acquisitions of Israeli technology companies by multinational buyers under Israeli Companies Law 5759-1999
- Advise on NASDAQ, NYSE, and TASE IPOs for Israeli technology companies under Securities Law 5728-1968 and US securities regulations
- Structure and negotiate venture capital investments, growth equity rounds, and SAFE/convertible note transactions
- Manage due diligence processes and SPA negotiations for deals valued at $100M+
- Advise on Israel Innovation Authority (Rashut HaHadasha) regulatory approvals for technology transfers and IP exports
- Develop and maintain relationships with venture capital funds, private equity firms, and multinational strategic acquirers
- Mentor associates and counsel in the firm's technology practice group

Requirements
- Israel Bar Association (Lishkat Orkhei HaDin) membership with active practicing license
- 15+ years of high-tech M&A and capital markets experience at a top-tier Israeli or international firm
- Proven track record of leading transactions valued at $100M+ as lead partner
- Deep expertise in Israeli Companies Law 5759-1999, Securities Law 5728-1968, and Israel Innovation Authority regulations
- LLB from Hebrew University, Tel Aviv University, or equivalent; LLM from a top US law school strongly preferred
- Dual Israel Bar and New York Bar admission highly desirable
- Native Hebrew and fluent English; strong business development and client origination track record
