Becario — Asesoría Jurídica Compliance (Prácticas 6 meses)

Banco Santander is offering a 6-month Becario programme in its Group Legal — Compliance division at Ciudad Grupo Santander in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid. Graduates completing their Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía will gain invaluable experience in banking compliance at Europe's largest bank by market capitalisation, learning about AML, conduct risk, and regulatory supervision first-hand.

What You Will Do

• Assist the compliance team with AML/KYC documentation review under Ley 10/2010
• Research regulatory developments: Banco de España circulars, EBA guidelines, and ECB expectations
• Support the preparation of regulatory reports and internal compliance dashboards
• Help update internal compliance policies and training materials
• Participate in Santander's graduate development programme including mentoring and rotational exposure

Eligibility

• Graduado en Derecho or Derecho y ADE from a recognised university
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed the Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía
• Interest in banking regulation and compliance
• Good English (B2+); additional languages a plus
• Duration: 6 months, full-time, with strong conversion rate
