Becario — Departamento de Litigación (Prácticas 9 meses)

Pérez-Llorca is offering a 9-month Becario programme in its Litigación department at Paseo de la Castellana 50 in Madrid. Graduates completing their Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía will gain hands-on experience in commercial litigation before the Juzgados de lo Mercantil de Madrid, international arbitration, and regulatory enforcement defence alongside one of Spain's most respected disputes teams.

What You Will Do

• Draft legal research memoranda on procedural and substantive questions under the Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil
• Assist with the preparation of demandas, contestaciones, and recursos de apelación
• Review documentary evidence and prepare chronologies for complex commercial disputes
• Attend hearings at the Juzgados de lo Mercantil and Audiencia Provincial de Madrid
• Support the team on ICC arbitration proceedings and document management

Eligibility

• Graduado en Derecho from a top Spanish university
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed the Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía
• Interest in litigation and dispute resolution; strong legal writing skills
• Good English (B2 minimum)
• Duration: 9 months, full-time
