PRK Partners offers a Koncipient position in its Dispute Resolution practice. This 3-year mandatory traineeship under ČAK supervision will prepare you for the Advokátní zkouška and a career in Czech litigation and arbitration.
Duration: 3 years (mandatory ČAK requirement). Start date: October 2026. Compensation: Paid, CZK 33,000-42,000/month. Eligibility: Mgr. in Czech law, strong interest in litigation.
You will gain courtroom experience supporting advokáti before the Municipal Court in Prague, the Supreme Court (Nejvyšší soud) in Brno, and international arbitration tribunals. PRK Partners provides structured mentoring with a dedicated školitel and ČAK exam preparation support.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of court submissions and arbitration pleadings. Conduct legal research using ASPI and Beck-online. Attend court hearings and arbitration sessions with supervising advokát. Draft case summaries and research memoranda. Complete mandatory ČAK education program. Prepare for Advokátní zkouška (bar examination) with firm support.
Requirements
Mgr. in Czech law from an accredited university. Interest in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Strong legal writing and analytical skills. Willingness to commit to the full 3-year koncipient period. Fluent Czech and English.
