Abogado Senior — Infraestructura y Project Finance (Bogotá)

Posse Herrera Ruiz seeks a senior infrastructure lawyer to join its top-ranked project finance practice on Carrera 7 in Bogotá. The role involves leading advisory mandates on 4G and 5G highway concessions, airport PPPs, port developments, and renewable energy projects under Colombia's APP (Asociaciones Público-Privadas) framework.

The successful candidate will advise concessionaires, lenders, and government entities on structuring, financing, and implementing major infrastructure projects. Deep knowledge of Ley 1508 de 2012 (APP Law) and the Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI) procurement processes is essential.

• Leading on APP structuring, concession agreement negotiation, and project finance documentation
• Advising on lender security packages, direct agreements, and intercreditor arrangements
• Managing regulatory submissions to ANI, INVÍAS, and the Ministerio de Transporte
• Coordinating with international counsel and DFIs on cross-border financing structures
• Representing clients before Tribunales Administrativos on procurement disputes

• Título de Abogado and active Tarjeta Profesional
• 8-12 years of experience in infrastructure, project finance, or public procurement law
• Expertise in Ley 1508 de 2012 (APPs), Ley 80 de 1993 (Contratación Estatal), and ANI regulations
• Track record on 4G/5G highway, airport, or energy project mandates
• Experience with DFI-funded projects (IFC, CAF, IDB Invest, OPIC/DFC)
• Fluent English for international lender coordination
