Associate – Capital Markets

Homburger AG on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich is seeking an Associate to join its leading Capital Markets practice. The team advises issuers, underwriters, and investors on equity and debt capital markets transactions on SIX Swiss Exchange and international markets.

You will work on IPOs, rights offerings, bond issuances, and structured products, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of Swiss capital markets work at the country's most prominent firm.

What You Will Do

• Advise on IPOs, secondary offerings, and private placements on SIX Swiss Exchange
• Draft prospectuses and offering documents in compliance with FinSA and SIX listing rules
• Advise on bond issuances and structured products
• Support regulatory compliance with SIX Exchange Regulation and FINMA requirements
• Coordinate with international counsel on cross-border offerings

• Draft offering documentation for equity and debt issuances
• Advise on regulatory and listing requirements
• Support transaction execution and closing mechanics
• Conduct legal due diligence on capital markets transactions
• Research Swiss securities law and regulatory developments

• Swiss Anwaltspatent required
• MLaw from a Swiss university
• 3-5 years of experience in capital markets, securities law, or banking and finance
• Knowledge of FinSA, FinIA, SIX listing rules, and Swiss prospectus requirements
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with equity or debt capital markets transactions preferred
