Job Description

Bowmans Tanzania is hiring an Associate for its Competition & Regulatory practice. The role involves advising on merger notifications to the Fair Competition Commission (FCC), competition compliance programmes, abuse of dominance investigations, and sector-specific regulatory matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in a rapidly evolving area of Tanzanian law.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university. Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. 2-4 years' PQE in competition law, regulatory law, or related corporate practice. Understanding of the Fair Competition Act and FCC procedures. Analytical mindset with strong research skills.
